Frequently Asked Questions
Do you require a deposit to book?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your session date. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session. The deposit amount varies by session type.
What is included in the session fee?
Every session includes pre-session planning and consultation, the photography session itself, professional editing and color correction, a private online gallery with high-resolution downloads, and a print release for personal use.
How many photos will I receive?
The number of final images depends on the session type and length. Family and portrait sessions typically deliver 15 to 35 edited images. Sports coverage delivers 50 to 75 images depending on the game or event. I cull and edit every image individually, so you only receive the best work.
Do you offer payment plans?
For larger packages (team seasons, business branding, etc.), I can work out a payment schedule. Just ask when you reach out and we will figure something out.
What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens. Reschedule requests made 48 hours or more before the session can be moved to a new date at no extra charge. Last-minute cancellations may forfeit the deposit. Weather-related cancellations are always rescheduled at no cost.
How long until I get my photos?
Most galleries are delivered within two to three weeks. Sports and event galleries are faster, usually within a week. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.
Do you travel outside of Boulder?
I serve all of Boulder County at no extra charge. That includes Boulder, Longmont, Louisville, Lafayette, Broomfield, Superior, Erie, and the surrounding areas. For sessions outside the county, like Denver, Golden, or Estes Park, there may be a small travel fee depending on distance. Mountain locations like Rocky Mountain National Park are always an option.
Can I book multiple session types?
Absolutely. Many clients combine services, like a family session plus individual headshots, or a business branding session with team portraits. Bundled sessions are discounted. Reach out and I will put together a custom quote.
